Johnson County Central Dispatch enjoys opportunities to connect with the public! Our Awareness and Community Education team members are passionate about taking an active role in community outreach and public education about 9-1-1.

Upon request, JCCD can provide presentations and a guided tour of our center. Groups can range from elementary students to senior citizens and include many volunteer organizations.

Presentations are geared towards your group and may include topics like how to use 9-1-1, emergency community notifications, or possible career opportunities. Our staff also enjoys meeting you in your classroom or events.
