Johnson County Central Dispatch announces the promotion of Telecommunicator Geoffrey Johnson to Supervisor. Geoff has been employed with JCCD for 5 years and has worked in 911 call taking, dispatching and trainer positions. During his tenure, Geoff has trained new employees, and has led classroom-instructed CPR training to new and advanced employees. Geoff is a participant in the JCCD Supervisor Mentorship Program, and in June 2022, Geoff established the JCCD Digital Media and Social Networking Team, composed of 10 members. This team collaborates to create new, engaging social media content to targeted audiences, and various platforms. Previously our social media consisted of Facebook and Twitter.
